How we scored them
The Shelf Score weighs fit for the reader, contents and edition, value, and stated certifications and warranty. The Kensington leads with a 24-month warranty; the Glorious pair follows on compact fit. How we pick explains the weights.
| Product | Office Score | Perf. /35 | Build /25 | Value /25 | Safety /10 | Warranty /5 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Kensington ErgoSoft Wrist Rest | 9.7 | 29 | 21 | 21 | n/a | 3 |

| Vaydeer Cloud Wrist Rest | 9.5 | 26 | 21 | 20 | n/a | 0 |
Scores run from 9.2 to 9.8: each product’s point total is placed on that range, so more points always means a higher score. Safety counts only for powered gear or where the listing states safety features; where it does not apply, the score is taken over the remaining 90 points.
How to choose the best wrist rest for nuphy air75 v3
Match the width to 75%
Width is the first filter for a 75% board. The Kensington spans 11.1 inches for slim, compact keyboards, the Glorious Compact 12 inches for 60% and 65%, and the Glorious Wooden 13 inches in its compact size. The Vaydeer runs 16.9 inches wide and the 3M a full 19 inches, both of which will overhang a 75% layout. For an Air75-sized board, stay at 13 inches or under.
Foam, gel, wood or memory foam
Each material feels different. The Glorious Compact uses a foam interior of medium firmness, the Glorious Wooden solid white ash that is sweat and oil resistant, and the 3M and Kensington gel fills under satin-smooth and leather-like covers. The Vaydeer uses high-density, slow-rebound memory foam in a cloud shape. Pick foam for cushioning, gel for a satin feel, wood for a firm surface.
Check the base
Every pick here states a non-slip base. The Glorious Compact and Wooden use nonskid rubber, the Kensington a non-skid rubber backing, the 3M a durable easy-to-move design, and the Vaydeer a silicone anti-slip pad. A rest that creeps across the desk during typing defeats its own purpose.
Read the warranty line, not the headline
Four rests state a warranty term and one does not. The Kensington lists a 24 Months warranty, the Glorious Compact a 1 Year Limited Manufacturer warranty, the Glorious Wooden a 1 Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty, and the 3M a 1 year warranty in its bullets. The Vaydeer only says to contact the seller for warranty information, which is no stated term. Browse the full keyboards category and our ergonomic wrist rests for laptop guide for the rest of the setup.
Height and extras
Height decides whether your wrists stay neutral. The Glorious Compact is 1 inch or 25 mm thick, the Glorious Wooden 19 mm, and the Kensington 0.4 inches in a low profile. The 3M uses a sleek minimal profile and the Vaydeer combines its rest with a dual-angle keyboard stand at 3 and 12.5 degrees. Lower suits low-profile boards; the Vaydeer suits anyone who wants tilt built in.
