A desk that needs a lamp, a speaker and a phone charger can end up with three separate gadgets crowding the same small surface, and the best desk lamp with speaker is the lamp that combines light, sound and charging in one tabletop unit. We compared desk lamps by speaker, wireless charger, clock and alarm, dimming and control, size and warranty term, using only what each listing publishes. The picks below cover two full speaker lamps and two title-only lamps, so a reader can match speaker, charger and clock features to the desk in hand. A lamp that also plays music and charges a phone keeps the desk clear for work, study or reading, without extra cables and boxes.

How we scored them
The Office Score weighs performance, build, value, safety and warranty. Safety here means a stated safety feature, and none of the picks state a safety certification, so the safety score is zero for every pick. Two of the four picks state a warranty term, while the others state none. How we pick explains the weights.
| Product | Office Score | Perf. /35 | Build /25 | Value /25 | Safety /10 | Warranty /5 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ALYNIC Smart Lamp | 9.6 | 32 | 22 | 21 | 0 | 4 |
| AMPULLA Tree Lamp | 9.5 | 30 | 21 | 20 | 0 | 3 |
Scores run from 9.2 to 9.8: each product’s point total is placed on that range, so more points always means a higher score.
How to choose the best desk lamp with speaker
Start with the speaker and sound
Speaker type decides how a lamp sounds. The ALYNIC lamp lists a 360-degree surround sound Bluetooth speaker with handsfree calling and music-sync ambient lighting, while the AMPULLA lamp lists a Bluetooth speaker with True Wireless Stereo, so two lamps can form a dual channel. A reader who wants handsfree calling should look at the ALYNIC lamp first, while a reader who wants a stereo pair should look at the AMPULLA lamp first. The ALYNIC lamp also lists a night light and a digital display that can be turned off completely, while the AMPULLA lamp lists softer indicator and button lights for sleep.
Check charger wattage and USB ports
Charger wattage and USB ports decide what else a lamp can charge. The ALYNIC lamp lists a 15W fast wireless charger, while the AMPULLA lamp lists a 10W wireless charger for Qi-enabled devices. The two title-only lamps list a wireless charger and a USB port in their titles, with no wattage stated. The ALYNIC lamp also lists handsfree calling through a built-in microphone, so a call can be taken without picking up a phone. For more charger lamps, see desk lamps with wireless charger and desk lamps with USB.
Check dimming and control
Dimming and control decide how a lamp fits day and night use. The AMPULLA lamp lists stepless dimming through a cherry wood shade with a sleep mode, while the ALYNIC lamp lists app control for lights, speaker and alarm, plus a night light. A reader who wants a wood shade with stepless dimming should look at the AMPULLA lamp first, while a reader who wants app control should look at the ALYNIC lamp first. The ALYNIC lamp also lists time auto-calibration from a paired phone, so the clock does not need manual adjustment. For more dimming choices, see desk lamps with adjustable brightness.
Read the warranty line, not the headline
A warranty term is only useful when it is written as a term. The ALYNIC lamp states a 24-month warranty and the AMPULLA lamp states a 12-month warranty, while the two title-only lamps state no warranty term. A reader who wants the longest written cover here should therefore weigh the ALYNIC lamp first on warranty alone. A longer warranty does not change how a lamp sounds or charges, so a reader should weigh sound, charger and clock features alongside the warranty term.
Setup Notes
- Measure the tabletop first: the AMPULLA lamp is 11.2 by 5.9 by 7.2 inches, while the ALYNIC lamp is 9.13 by 3.3 by 9 inches.
- Check power access before placing the lamp, since both speaker lamps are corded electric, per their spec tables.
- Check Bluetooth compatibility before buying, since both speaker lamps use Bluetooth, per their spec tables.
- Check that the phone supports wireless charging, since the AMPULLA lamp notes that a phone charging receiver is not included.
- No assembly steps are stated for these picks, so check the listing for setup steps before first use.
- Place the lamp where the speaker can be heard clearly, since both speaker lamps list Bluetooth speakers for music and calls.
